- By submitting your order, you agree that Sticky Solutions Vinyl LLC may contact you via the email address or phone number you provide to discuss your order details, digital proofs, and any updates regarding your order.
Order Changes
- You are welcome to request changes to your order prior to approving the digital proof we’ll send you. Once you have approved the final proof, production of your custom stickers begins immediately. After this point, further changes may not be possible.
Custom Orders & Returns
- All orders placed with Sticky Solutions Vinyl LLC are custom-made to your specifications. Because of this, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds on completed orders.
Order Issues & Satisfaction Guarantee
- If your order arrives with a defect, error, or issue that is the result of our production process, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll happily remake your order at no additional cost to ensure you are fully satisfied.
Copyright & Design Permissions
- By submitting artwork, images, or designs for your order, you confirm that you either own the rights to the content or have permission from the copyright holder to use it. Sticky Solutions Vinyl LLC is not liable for any copyright infringement or misuse of protected content provided by the customer. Customers are fully responsible for ensuring that their submitted designs or images do not violate any copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights.
