Do you offer design services?

At Sticky Solutions Vinyl, we don’t currently offer full graphic design services—but we want to make your custom sticker project as easy as possible! If you already have a design idea, there are lots of resources to help you bring it to life. You can connect with talented designers on sites like Fiverr or Upwork, or use user-friendly apps like Canva or Kittle to create your own artwork from scratch. When your design is ready, just export it as a high-resolution .png or .jpg file (300 dpi is ideal) and upload it with your order.

If your file requires only a few minor edits or adjustments, please let us know. Sometimes we can help with basic tweaks. The best way to find out is to send us a sample request form along with your artwork, and we’ll review it to see how we can assist.

How do I place an order?

Ordering is easy—just visit our website, fill out an order form, and submit your order. We’ll send you an invoice and a free proof for approval before printing begins.

what is the turnaround time?

Our commitment is to provide a proof within 24 business hours. Once approved, the print process can take 1-4 business days depending on the size of your order. Shipping is subject to standard rates and time unless specific arrangements are made.

Where do you ship?

We ship orders anywhere in the United States using USPS Ground Advantage. At this time, we do not offer international shipping.

Can I rush my order?

Yes! We offer rush processing for urgent orders. Rush orders are prioritized in our production queue for an additional cost.

Can I make changes to my order?

You can request changes to your order before you approve the digital proof. Once you’ve approved the proof, production begins, and further changes may not be possible.

Can I return my order?

Because all orders are custom-made to your specifications, we do not accept returns. If your order arrives with a defect or issue, we’ll remake it at no additional cost to ensure your satisfaction.
